A used Huffy Black Glitter Steering Wheel. This is the stock wheel for the base model Coppertone color Huffy Wheel and the wheel that was offered as an accessory steering wheel by Huffy to add to any muscle bike. This wheel is REALLY mint and could pass for NOS. F you've been waiting to find a super mint Huffy Wheel for your best bike, this is the one you've been waiting for. The outer ring and the steering wheel arms are mint, there is no noticable wear on any part of the wheel, and it shines great. The middle where the cap mounts the the wheel is very nice, there are no marks at all from the cap being pried off. Also, the cap fits into the center cup really smoothly, it fits snug, but you can actually pull it off by hand. I polished this wheel it looks fantastic. The original center cap was missing and foil stickers on the wheel were in poor condition, so the wheel has a reproduction center cap and reproduction silver foil stickers on the steering wheel arms.

This steering wheel is interesting in that the center mounting plate was previously modified to accept a Murray style steering wheel post. The center area was notched so the keyed Murray post fits snug. The metal in the center area has aged evenly, so it looks as if this may have been a modification done when the wheel was new.

Use it on a Huffy Wheel, Rail, Judge, Dragster, or Cheater Slick or on a Schwinn Stingray, Krate, or Fastback. Perfect for a mint original bike or for your best restoration.
