1967-1968 Pontiac 8 Track Player 7298842 Fullsize Grand Prix & GTO WORKS VIDEO

  

The model number is 7298842 as shown. I believe the faceplate changed depending on which model the player was installed in. The casting number on the faceplate is 9788268 which I believe is for fullsize models. This is a very nice factory optional 8 track player. This 8 track player is in good original condition as shown.

I see no breaks, modifications, or repairs to this unit. The face is very clean with awesome chrome and woodgrain.

The knobs are also in very good shape as shown. The wiring connector is intact. The original black plastic surround is intact and very nice with nno breaks, cracks, etc. This is simply an awesome factory original 8 track player.

This 8 track player has been tested and plays loud and clear. This unit has been in storage for decades and it would be a good idea to have it serviced for trouble free use.
