This radio is specific to the 1969 model year and was a factory option in 1969 Camaros, Chevelles, Novas, and Impalas. Although later radios look similar to this one, this radio is unique to the 69 model year in many ways. Only the 1969 model has the angled rear fins and side mounted power connector for dash clearance. Finally, the 1969 radio is the only radio that is compatible with a stereo multiplex adapter which is the plug with the round plug installed on the rear of the radio.

If you have a 1969 Camaro, Chevelle, Nova, or Impala than this is the radio you are after. This radio is in unrestored original condition as shown. The radio is very presentable and does show wear throughout as shown.

The lens is the original and is in good shape with some sun checking on the far right hand side. The original inner and outer knobs are included as shown.

The pushbuttons are very clean with no breaks, cigarette burns, or other issues. The case is very nice with no dents or damage other than surface corrosion as shown. All pushbuttons and dials work as they should. I took a video showing this radio being tested. This radio is also multiplex compatible.

The factory multiplex stereo adapter will turn this single channel radio into a 4 channel stereo radio. Check out my other listings for more rare and hard to find parts.
