Vintage Huffy Wheel Rail Banana Seat Muscle Bike Black Glitter Steering Wheel

  

A used Huffy Black Glitter Steering Wheel. This is the stock wheel for the base model Coppertone color Huffy Wheel and the wheel that was offered as an accessory steering wheel by Huffy to add to any muscle bike. The wheel is a very nice it has no cracks or breaks in the plastic and shines great. The middle where the cap mounts the the wheel is nice with just a few minor marks from someone trying to pry the cap off the wheel.

Also, the center cap fits in the middle of the wheel easily there isn't any ovaling to the center of the wheel. There are some scratches from use on the outside edges of the wheel that may be able to be sanded a little smoother. I polished this wheel but did not sand the scratches at all, so with a little work they may sand much smoother. The wheel has a reproduction steering wheel cap and reproduction silver foil stickers on the steering wheel arms.

Finally, the steering wheel post is a Murray style post that was modified to use with a Huffy steering wheel. I filed the keyed part down a bit so it would mount better in the wheel. Use it on a Huffy Wheel or Rail or on a Schwinn Stingray, Krate, or Fastback.
